You have already asked a similar question. As discussed, your brother's occipital headache triggered by movement, walking, pressing the area, dehydration, and hunger since his 2021 head injury is most consistent with post-traumatic headache with an occipital neuralgia component. The tenderness on pressing the occipital region and pain on head movement strongly supports this. These symptoms are not dangerous but they are significantly affecting quality of life and need proper neurological treatment.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation — your brother needs a brain MRI and a neurology consultation to get the right long-term treatment plan.

Sounds like ‘Intracranial Hypotension’, which sometimes starts after past head injury (with CSF leaks). Needs evaluation. Free online consultations for age 50 years and older. Best wishes www.jgsr-health-education.in

your brother is experiencing headaches at the backside of his head near the occipital region following a stairs fall injury back in 2021. The specific symptoms—pain on both sides when shaking his head, pain behind the eyes, tenderness when touching or pressing the area, and spikes when hungry or dehydrated—strongly point toward chronic occipital nerve irritation or mechanical neck stress rather than an active, emergency brain bleed from the old fall.
Health Tips
To structurally review your brother's old 2021 fall injury details, analyze the exact nerve pathways causing pain when he shakes his head, and provide a safe prescription option to completely relieve his occipital tenderness, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."

Continue to monitor your blood pressure closely and may advise further investigations, such as a CT scan or MRI, if needed. These tests can help the doctor identify the underlying cause of your symptoms and make an accurate diagnosis. We also recommend consulting a neurologist for a detailed evaluation and appropriate management."
