My head got hurt when i was standing..it hit at top of head..i m attaching photo..i got cut on scalp and it bleed for few seconds..also it got swollen for few hours which later resolved..I immediately put ice for 15 mint.. now 3 days have been passed out..i m only getting pain in touching the hurt area of scalp..apart from this i m getting nerve irritation above the ears and back of head..also getting irritation from loud noise..apart from this i didnt get any major symptoms like vomiting dizziness unconsciousness..i m only getting nerve burning and irritation in occipital region..plz suggest me what to do
