Headache after head hit
My head was got hitten 20 days before as hard part of the bed had fallen on the middle of my head. There were no symptoms in except headache between 48 hours. After 48 hours, i felt vomiting(mild) and mild headache. Did a ct scan brain, reports were normal. Took zerdal sp twice for 3 days then naxdom 500 twice for 3 days. Headache has been decreased. But still after i wake up there is mild headache after sometime it decreases. I had migrane 2 years back. This pain is somewhat like migrane. Also taking razo d in morning. Now am not feeling voming but mild headache. But am only experiencing this after that hard hit. But mo vomiting aur dizziness felt. Its been 20 days. I have been stressed since then. Want to know the reason of headache

As per ypur history, it might be post traumatic head ache It usually subsides in 1 week to 6 weeks If it is tolerable with no requiremwnt of repeated medications, (as ypur ct brain is normal)., no additional management os required Just wait for 6 weeks, it will subside
