Head trauma and nausea
Had blow to my head before 1 month, did ct scan after 3 days later. Reports were normal. Having nausea since then and light headache. Currently on migrabeta plus tab. Have tried many gas tablets like razo d and pan 40. Nausea and headache at morning specially. Within the month i have also experienced little clotted blood came from my nose with mucus. But it was once. Want to know the reason if nausea. It started only after that blow to my head

Well, if the headache and nausea persists, also if we combine it with blood mixed mucus from nose ( although it may be one off), It is always better to get a ct head done to rule out delayed effects of trauma like chronic sdh, hydrocephalus
