Head backpain and vomitting

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Dear sir, My wife aged 30 is having head backpain and vomitting from last month. We have consulted a doctor and they were saying this is due to low bp. I am worrying pls confirm this is due to bp or something else.? Following are the conditions Headache is better after vomitting but not completely cured the severity of headache is better after vomitting and also have some vision disturbance too. Thanks
