Dear doctor ,yesterday my left ear was ringing for 5 seconds an today i was feeling wired in left ear an feeling of fullness in ear then i felt wired in the head an vomited ,after vomiting i'm feeling better ,why this is happening an i feel pressure on top of the head ,thank you
