Head ache eyes turning sound in my ear

Hello I was feeling very sick so after some times I went for a test and I was told I had typhoid and I have taken some injections and drops plus medicines too,but I still feel a little bit tired and my eyes are turning me and I swear a lot plus inside my body reacts like it's hot and I feel uncomfortable i became scared and confused I want to know why pls..
