A hip replacement is an excellent solution for end stage AVN (where the head bone has died due to loss of blood supply). And the results are very good even in the young patient with high performance implants. However to decide on surgery, I would need to see the recent X-rays of the hips. MRI if available. Do review with me with the images and I will advice.
