Hi Mam/Sir, I have Hba1c 6.3 value. Should I take medications or should I go totally natural way ? I am controlling my diet as well as starting working out. But I need to know should I take medications or I can avoid it? Thanks and Regards,

Check fbs,pp as well .it will give you current status of blood sugars.. Hba1c is in prediabetic range..but it's average sugar for past three months.. So current status will decide whether medicine needed or not... The best part is you have started diet and exercise...so definitely results should be good. Consult for further guidance

Hi., I can understand your concern. Check for FBS and PPBS levels. Based on that we can decide about medicines. Regular exercise and walking is a must. Avoid outside food items.
