Your initial values suggest early diabetes. The improvement in HbA1c from 6.8% to 6.5% and normal random sugar after strict diet is encouraging, but this change within 1 week mainly reflects short-term glucose control. HbA1c reflects ~3 months average, so diabetes risk is still present.
Next Steps
• Continue strict diet and regular physical activity
• Recheck Fasting, PP sugar after 75 g glucose, and HbA1c after 3 months
• Monitor weight and waist circumference
• Consult a physician for full diabetes risk assessment
Health Tips
• Do not rely on a single HbA1c improvement
• Avoid sugary foods, refined carbs, and late-night meals
• Aim for ≥30–45 minutes brisk exercise daily
• Early lifestyle control can delay or prevent diabetes progression
