Haziness heaviness in left side of head

Asked for Male, 39 Years

I am 39 year old male. Before 2 months, I was in fever. I took antibiotics for 7 days. Fever gone but lower abdomen pain started. It was urine infection where pus cell- 8-10. Again I took antibiotics for 17 days to make it negative. Now I am feeling haziness and heaviness in left side of head, eye and neck continuosly and itching in anus afr toilet
