Step 1 significant weight loss is 10% loss of body weight. For you it will be 5.5 kg.
Step 2 your main problem is anxiety, nothing else. Don't waste too much money if Ix already came normal.
Step 3 anxiety too has psychosomatic symptom of chest pain at times.
Step 4 just take antispasm medicine and omez OD for now x5d
Step 5 if step 4 doesn't help we will put you on mild antianxiety drugs
Step 6 if that also doesn't help we will then do further investigations like TMT ,but given your age only 26 years it very unlikely you actually have cardiac issues.

Hello Ma’am,
Since your ECG, chest X-ray, CBC, and abdominal ultrasound are all normal, it rules out any major illness including cancer. A 1 kg weight loss in a month is very small and can happen due to diet, stress, or digestion issues, so please don’t worry. With proper follow-up, nutrition, and stress management you can overcome this.
