Having storaged food
This is regarding our daily routine food habits.. in our home, we don't want to waste any excess food which are cooked or bought it from outside, which will b stored in refrigerator n will store it even for more than 3-4 days n will hav.. especially curd, will store it for a very long time.. recently someone suggested not to hav stored food even if it s very next day.. it will affect the lifestyle n chances are more getting diabetes, increase in bad cholesterol and few more, I don't exactly remember all those.. is it true? My husband, had gone through recently the cholesterol test and is been said that he is near by.. does these food habits really affect? I don't want him to suffer, just not to waste n having storage food. Please suggest, wht are the food habits to follow for my husband?

Clinically it is seen having refrigerator stored food causes metabolic disorders... specially when stored after preparation... Fruits or vegetables or Butter can be stored if no other option to have fresh. But not cooked foods. Curd /Dosa / Idli / dokla / Roti dough or batter are generally undergoes fermentation and if consumed after storing will directly hinder fat metabolism..rising Sugar, triglycerides and LDL or bad cholesterol level.
