You can take tab trapic 500mg or tab Pause 500mg 3 times a day for 3 days and paracetamol for the pain.. if the bleeding or pain still persist I would suggest you meet a gynaecologist and schedule an ultrasound

Hi dear, I would like to know about your profile more in detail. Are you married, sexually active, looking for pregnancy, what goes on with you, then only final treatment can be suggested. Meanwhile you can take Tab Pause MF twice a day after food for 5 days, to get interim relief. But do connect with me for clarification I am directly available for online consultation through Practo- message/call/video consultation. You can take advantage PRACTO LINK https://www.practo.com/consult/direct/basic_details?problem_area_id=16&doctor_account_id=169535&service=fabric&plan=paid&product=topaz&attribution=consult_on_profile
