5 period cycles in one year
Good evening doctor, i was diagnosed with PCOS in 2021 , but my periods are irregular since age of 12 right now am 25 years old. In each year i hardly get 4 to 5 period cycles only . Does it affect my overall health like heart ? Because this year i started getting chest pain on nd off followed by anxiety , twitching dizziness and severe headaches. I have bilateral PCOS and mild hydronephrosis of kidney. Is it worrisome also my thyroid profile , cbc everything normal . Is 5 periods cycles in one year or lesser than that is normal for future ? I have severe anxiety and panic attacks from this year February. Doea my hormonal imbalances affect my heart health ? What should i do for regular periods suffering since long is this reversible without medications? Am worried alot because its affecting me physically mentally and my colour also changing at some areas
