Having pain upper side of left testicle

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I am having pain on upper side of my left testicle.. when i touch there is no pain but when i lie down than i feel pain.. i done my scrotum ultrasound but it is normal. Can anyone suggest why its paining and what medicine should i take. I shown my report to doctor he wrote etova er 400
