Having pain on right side of back
Sir I am having pain on right side of my back & which travels down to right hand. There is some type of weightage or contraction feeling under back side of ribs. And also feeling that my right shoulder is lower in comparison to right one. Pain also travels down to legs & back bone also make clicky noise while bending to front. Pic also attached

As per the picture attached the upper back muscles to your right side lack toning. Weakness of scapular muscles could be the reason. Complete diagnosis can be made only after complete physical assessment and history takings.
