Hello there...I can understand your concern. Since how days did she have fever? And what medications was she on for it? Because sometimes few medications can cause severe gastritis. This could be causing her stomach pain. In such cases she might need ppi like pantoprazole. Kindly consult a general physician. They will examine her and start on the necessary medications.
