I agree other colleagues, you need to rule out rheumatoid arthritis by doing blood tests. Meanwhile take some pain medication for short time. Tab ACECLO PLUS TWICE A DAY FOR FIVE DAYS KS HELPFUL

Hey
Don’t worry
First of all we need to see why there is a swelling ?
That can be because of underlying pathology
E.g arthritis
So I suggest you pls don’t get panic
Will start with ice packs thrice a day
And rest
Tab etoshine 90 once a day
Tab zerodol sp twice a day
Both tablets for one week
After a week we can reassess this
Next Steps
If it doesn’t get resolve or get relief I suggest pls meet Orthopedic near to you
And get the tests done for underlying cause
Health Tips
Ice packs will definitely help you in crucial time
