Don't take medication without physical check up by dentist
And you have not mentioned whether your breast feeding your kid now so modifications has to be done in medications

your symptoms are clearly stating that the tooth is infected. pl see a good dentist otherwise the condition can get worsen. it will either need RCT or extraction. you can visit us also. we are based in preet vihar delhi.Thanks
Your symptoms are suggesting infection only treatment is root canal or if your dentist suggests the tooth is too broken down to b saved then extraction. Rest a checkup will dissern a proper diagnosis.

Swelling is a symptom of infection of the tooth and it's spread to surrounding structures. You will need to be put on antibiotics and painkillers and the broken teeth needs to be assessed by a dentist clinically and using X Ray and the fate of the tooth would be decided.
