Haven't got periods
I had a c sec delivery on 26th May 2017. At the same time my both fallopian tubes were removed. I am exclusively breastfeeding my baby. There was a bleeding till 12th June and after that i got spotting on 12th Jul for 1 to 2 days. No periods after that. What could this be
