Have Vitamin D and B12 deficiency
I recently undergone the medical tests related to Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and Thyroid. As per the reports Vitamin D is 15.5, Vitamin B12 is 149 and TSH is 6.95. I want to know what kind treatment I need to undergo and is it a serious problem

For sure help you out... First thing you have to manage your body weight... If you start loosing weight you can manage your thyorid... Eat well cooked food do not eat raw cabbage, cauliflower, and soyabean etc, Secondly use supplements of vitamin D, and B12.. Eat balanced diet, eat fish if you are nonvegetarian.. Other wise consult me directly
