Have swelling around anal hole opening
I have swelling (for a month now) at 4 spots around my anal hole opening area. I was afraid of it to be piles. When I consulted a general surgeon he checked and said it's not piles it's just because of sitting over along hours. He asked to follow strict diet and have sitz bath. Last week in consulted a dermatologist and he too said it's not piles and it's anal skin tag. He again asked to follow sitz bath and diet. Now my problem is the swelling has not reduced and it's still the same for a month time. I have a very bad itching feeling and not able to sleep at nights. I am not able to sit or stand or walk for even 30 mins. I feel very stressed and lack concentration at work. I have added 2 photos for reference. Pls advise me if it's piles or not and any treatment to cure it.
