Asked for Male, 36 Years

I have fatty liver , want to treat it. please guide me what to eat and regarding exercise. I am 36 yrs old male. My mother has got fatty liver too. Please let me know diet plan which helps treating it. I am a south Indian (from chennai) and we have rice once daily.
