Hello,
A small, hard, painless bump on the hard palate for a few months is most commonly a harmless condition, often due to a normal bony prominence or minor local thickening.
Since it is not painful and stable, it is usually not a cause for concern. However, it is advisable to get it examined once by an ENT specialist or a dentist to confirm.
Avoid touching it frequently. If you notice any increase in size, redness, pain, or any change, seek evaluation earlier.
