Hello ,iam 19 old 5 days back my hand was injured by falling glass piece on my right hand it required 4 stitches on top view of my right hand , after removing stitches can I write freely with my hand

Yes you will be able to write after removal of stitches. Are you able to move your fingers freely now? If there is difficulty in moving your fingers, you need to see a hand surgeon urgently. He will rule out tendon injuries. Also have an xray done to ensure that no glass pieces are left behind.
