Hairline Acne due to hair color

My friend gets severe acne in the hairline whenever she colors her hair to cover her greys. The breakout is severe but she is unable to avoid the hair color as she is working. Please advise of any creams to protect skin after hair color, she has tried all possible hair colors too.
