I’ve been noticing hair recession at my temples (the corners of my forehead), and my hairline seems to be shifting into a more pronounced “V” or “M” shape.
I first noticed these changes around April this year, but recently the recession appears to have increased significantly. It’s starting to worry me, and I’m feeling quite anxious about it.
I’ve had dandruff since childhood, and it’s still a persistent issue. I usually sleep around 6 hours a day and I’m not currently taking any multivitamins or supplements.
