Hairfall /hair thinning

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hi, I have had hair fall issue couple of years back. But it had stopped till last month. It reoccurred after I was diagnosed with Dengue in July. Since then, every now and then, I find my hairs falling, almost 100-150 shards of hair everyday. Please suggest.
