Hairfall and flaky scalp
I am losing around 30-50 strands of hair daily for about three months now. This has caused stress. The next day after I shampoo my hair, it begins to smell and flakes occur which I can easily feel with the fingertips . Sometimes I scratch so hard that even the wound kind of skin comes out( picture attached for reference). Please help. I had some dermatitis issues in my neck region during the month of August but that healed easily with Propysallc NF lotion and HhlevoM tablets as prescribed by a doctor from Practo itself.

You need to be examined carefully in person, the description you have provided matches with psoriasis. For temporary releif you can use propysalic nf lotion over night with doing shampoo in mornings. Otherwise, falling of 100 hair per day is normal.
