Hair thinning
Im losing hair too much from 3 years , , now my hair is very thin. I think its because of poor diet, that I went to abroad for studies . Now theres a lot of gaps on my head. If i put oil there will be more than 40 hairs are coming out daily. My dad at my age he having full of hairs. Is mastrubation also a reason for hair loss ?? Kindly pls give me suggestions. Im using mild shampoo and castor oil daily. But not getting any result
