Hair thinning and hair loss

I am 30 year old male and I am suffering from hair loss problem and hair thinning also, some bald patches are showing on the middle of the head due to fall of healthy hairs are they are replaced by thin hairs and right and left forehead is also suffering from hair loss,what can I do, I am thinking about transplantation but at the worst stage.
