Hair thinning and hair fall problem

I used to have dense hair. But for the last 1 year, I'm Trying several hair oils like hibiscus, coconut oil prepared from chekku, etc. My fron line is going like V n my hair density is getting reduced each day with a lot of hair fall. every time I apply oil or shampoo it and when I put Too much pressure on my head, hair fall is too much.
