When i can apply hair oil and which hair oil is best as i am having scalp problem and i would like to mention i use to wash my hair everyday and is it good to apply hair oil everyday?

You can oil your scalp twice a week at bedtime. Wash hair the next day. No need to oileveryday.
Any hair oil, including coconut oil is good .
