I am a post menopausal woman with a 25 year history of Crohn's, with a permanent illeostomy. I have a long history of being on steroids, antibiotics , immuran and plethora of other meds.

Crohns disease with prolonged immune modulated treatment and permanent ileostomy will have significant malnutrition related diseases. You need work up for nutritional deficiency and treatment accordingly.
