My hair seems to be thick but i lose hair.
i generally do heavy workouts in gym and also have enough diet.
when i go for a bath i see myslef losing a lot of hair and when i rub it with towel then also i see lot of hair being gone.i use biotin and collagen shampoo and conditioner.
so please help me out with this
