Having dandruff means your scalp is dry, which can be seasonal especially in winters. So avoid over shampooing you hair and try minimising it to every 4-5 days. Natural oil that develops within 2-3 days are essential for hair , so frequent washing can cause dryness.
But in case of dandruff one can use ketaconazole shampoo.
For daily haircare, you should try
- being hydrated is important , drink plenty of fluids
- minimise on sugar
Eat healthy like salads, fruits, green veggies.
- breathing exercises can do wonders
-A good walk for 30 min, helps you keep your metabolism in check
-STOP scratching you scalp, it only aggravates your problem
-having vit E & C capsules, these have antioxidant properties
- avoid hard water for hair wash
- gentle hair massage have had good results, they increase the blood supply toh hair follicles
- application of Minoxidil every night
-multivitamins for 3month, to fulfill the deficiency
No one will be able to tell what exactly is the cause for hair fall.
Please take all the known supplements like Iron, Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium, all the Vitamins, essential amino acids, essential fatty acids in appropriate dosage.
Also use some hair fall shampoos and conditioners and hope for the best.
There are few very common causes for hair loss so those needs to be ruled out
1.Hypothyroidism
2.Vid d deficiency
