Hair loss and low hair density

Hi, Nowadays my hair density is becoming very low especially at the hair line(fore head). I was using minoxdil 5%. But i am alergic to that solution. My friends are suggesting PRP. Is it a right decision? If i take some sessions, How long the results will sustain. Is there any time that prp will work for certain period?
