Hair loss and hair thinning
Sir i wanted to have thick hair but iam loosing my hair day by day it is also becoming very very thin my hair is curly one i use meera shampoo mostly and parachute hair oil manytimes when they are not available i used even other brands sir please help me out.iam 19 now ifthis continues i can't imagine my situation in future please plzzz give me a solution plzzz

There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin.
