Postpartum hair loss is a common occurrence due to hormonal changes, stress, and the body’s recovery process after childbirth. Hair thinning and balding patches, particularly in the crown area, may also indicate underlying conditions such as postpartum alopecia or nutrient deficiencies.
Next Steps
Since you are in the breastfeeding phase, it’s crucial to approach this carefully. I recommend an online consultation to evaluate your condition further and discuss safe treatment options tailored to your postpartum and breastfeeding needs. This will help address your concerns effectively while ensuring your baby's health is not compromised.
Health Tips
- Maintain a balanced diet rich in iron, protein, and essential vitamins. - Avoid harsh chemical treatments or tight hairstyles that may worsen hair loss. - Use gentle, nourishing hair care products specifically designed for postpartum hair
