Hair loss and dandruff

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have been suffering from hair loss and dandruff from last two years. I have already tried minoxidil and various ayurvedic treatment. Even i had shaved my head many times but after getting to certain length.. hair starts to fall and dandruff comes again. I'm a student and my parents are not concerned about it at all. Suggestions please.
