Hair line receding for a 20 year old

I have been observing rapid hair fall and hair thinning. My hairline is also receding rapidly. I have been trying to fix it by applying oil everyday and also by cleaning my hair everyday. Is there anything that I am doing wrong? Are there any home remedies that might help resolve this issue?
