Hair fall , pain at the bottom of hairs

Sir, I have consultant to a doctor for hair fall. He prefers minoxidil solution & kenz shampoo & also finasteride 1 mg tab. I am taking this from 10 days but I don’t find any benefit of this.I am continuously loosing my hair & there is pain in head also. Give me any useful suggestions i will be thankfull to you.
