Hair fall, oily scalp & oily face

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have hair fall & oily scalp, after I wash my hair it takes only a day before my scalp becomes oily, hair fall is also increasing. I am not using any medication or any special shampoo, I use head & sholders, I don't use any hair gel, my skin is also very oily. Any suggestions?
