Hair fall issue
Had severe hair fall not sure what to do? 300 -500 strands of hair is falling ,hair has become so thin even the scalp is thinning.I am working on food intakes meanwhile my hair is falling, my hameoglobin is 8.2 gm/do,RBC is 3.12 mill/cumm,had mild pco. No thyroid , age is 30. I request experts (doctors) to suggest me oils, shampoo or a serum for application that helps me out. I normally use reetha for hair wash and coconut oil for oiling.
