Hair fall issue
Had really dense hair but I am facing hair fall for 4 years now. I have lost almost all my hair and the scalp is visible now. I also feel that dark circles has followed this hair fall. Earlier I used to have no acne on my face but now it's always there on my face. I have seen one allopathic doctor and one Ayurvedic doctor and have taken the medication they prescribed but nothing worked. I don't know whom to see or what to do

Androgenetic alopecia is a common problem and can be delayed but usually needs a hair transplant. If it is mild, medications usually help. Adding PRP therapy at the time of hair transplant and followup will yield a sustainable result.
Next Steps
Consult a Plastic Surgeon or Hair transplant Surgeon trained in both FUE and FUT for a detailed discussion.
