Hair fall for past 3 year
I have been having hair fall for more than 3 years now. Have been taking homeopathic medicines. But still don't se much off an effect. Some time the hair fall reduced but some time it increases drastically. But also my hair is getting thinner and thinner day by dad and the crown is start to be more visible. Went to consult a dermatologist regarding my hair fall. He told it was male baldness at a stage 4. He suggested do a hair regrowth treatment. A total of minimum 10 session. And said it would not help grow the hairs back but the hairs that are already there would grow thicker and stronger. He gave a 100% guarantee. Thinking of considering it. But wanted to know if such treatments really work. As he quoted a total of 33000 for the entire 10 session includes the oral meds. Its a huge amount, so need a second opinion as well.

There is nothing like 100% guarantee when it comes to hair and skin.but yes there are treatments which might help you in maintaining your hair and promote growth along with medicines.
Next Steps
I think you may go ahead with mesotherapy /prp
