HAIR FALL AND DANDRUFF

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Hair fall and dandruff issue and hairs became thin and are going backward in M shape what is the reason can we stop it? But no history of baldness in family?? And i have no beard on face and thin follicles on chin they are not growing thicker and large... Pls reply
