Hair ends have white poweder type flakes

Asked for Female, 21 Years

The ends of my hair have white dandruff like th8ng which is stuck to the hair and decreases a but when i wash but not completely go. it seems to be spilt ends or seems like new little hair are growing from them but not sure what is it. kindly let me know and tell some remedy for it. i will attach the image of my hair if possible. Thanks.
