He certainly has infection or inflammation due to high CRP. We need to do CBC , Urine Routine to rule out UTI. Any h/o overseas travel in light of pandemic? I would put him on TabAzithromycin 250 bd and symptomatic treatment, pending the reports. Monitor the temp strictly.

This is some serious issue. Do not neglect. What are the associated symptoms? Burning ruination? Shivering? Cough with or without phlegm, loose stools? Abdomen pain? Any rashes? Please do CBC as suggested by my colleagues. Also do Blood c&S 2 samples( Aerobic and Anaerobic) Urine C&S, Willa, Dengue NS1 , MPQBC, Chest X-ray and USG abdomen. Has to be evaluated in detail.
